Getting Started

Quick Start

1

Create an account

Sign up with your Google account to get started.

2

Connect your calendar

Grant permissions for Malleable to read and create events.

3

Schedule an event

Type "lunch with Sarah tomorrow at noon" and let AI handle the rest.

Connect Google Calendar

Malleable integrates directly with Google Calendar to manage your events. We request permission to view your calendars, view events, and create or modify events.

To connect, go to Settings → Integrations and click "Connect Google Calendar".

Your First Event

Creating events is as simple as typing what you want. Try inputs like "Meeting with John tomorrow at 2pm" or "Dentist appointment Friday 10am-11am".

Malleable understands times, dates, durations, and even recurring patterns like "every Monday at 9am".

Interface Overview

Malleable's interface is built around a dark theme with intuitive navigation. The main areas are:

Navigation Sidebar

The left sidebar contains quick links to Buckets, Home (calendar), Projects, and Time tracker. Click any to navigate instantly.

Command Input

The main input field prompts "What needs scheduled?" Type naturally, "Client call tomorrow at 2pm", and AI handles the rest.

Bucket Filters

Filter your calendar view by clicking bucket chips. See only work events, personal events, or specific project time.

Time Display

The large clock shows current time, with a countdown to your next event. Always know what's coming up.

Agent Palette (⌘K)

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app to open the agent palette. It accepts a free-form prompt or a slash command and routes you to the right place.

Slash commands

Type a slash followed by a route name to jump directly: /cal, /log, /code, and the same destinations the side rail exposes.

Natural language

Type a sentence ("lunch with Sam tomorrow at noon") and the agent parses it into an event draft. Confirm to schedule.

Where it lives

The palette is keyboard-only for now. There's no longer a visible "Ask the agent" button in the side rail. ⌘K remains the entry point.
